Advantech Cooperates with VinBigData to Develop Artificial Intelligence Applications

Advantech Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd and VinBigData Joint Stock Company (Vingroup) have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in providing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and AIoT applications to customers in Vietnam and in the region. 

Advantech is one of the leaders in smart IoT solutions, especially in the fields of industrial production, healthcare and smart cities. Meanwhile, VinBigData is one of the leading enterprises in Vietnam in artificial intelligence development, providing technology products and platform solutions based on big data and artificial intelligence , especially in the fields of computer vision and smart healthcare. VinBigData is also a partner for Advantech's PACS (cloud-based medical image data management) solution in Vietnam.

To make the most of each Party's strengths, as well as to promote the current partnership -, the two parties decided to cooperate in packaging solutions related to AI applications in smart public surveillance camera systems, smart healthcare, infrastructure, and smart cities, etc. Both Advantech and VinBigData will focus on developing AI-applied-solutions in the field of computer vision, one of the powerful, cutting – edge technology segments with countless useful applications in many industries.

The "handshake" between VinBigData and Advantech is expected to bring smart, highly applicable products and technology solutions that meet the strict demands of the market and at the same time, to offer an appropriate cost for customers.
