Remote access eliminates the costs associated with staff time and travel to remote locations to manage or set up local systems and technologies. The MRD-415 is an industrial 2G/3G/4G router that uses the Internet to cost-effectively connect remote systems to communicate with each other. The compact design and wide input voltage range makes the device ideal for industrial applications. The low-power mode allows power to be supplied from, for example, a solar panel. Easy integration can be achieved thanks to the built-in two-port Ethernet switch and RS-232 port. Thanks to the serial port, legacy devices equipped with this interface can be remotely accessed and controlled. Configuration is very simple via web access, without the need for special AT commands. The unit allows management and monitoring via SMS. Simply send a preset SMS and the device will execute the command.
