The BB-232BSS4 switch communicates from 1 serial port to 4 devices. Each port has a UART and 8K TX/RX buffer - data rate, format and protocol can be configured separately. DB25 Master port configured as DCE. DB9 Slave ports configured as DTE (for modem, DCE devices). Null modem may be required.
