Warranty and Claims

Westermo products manufactured after 2012-01-30 are covered by a five-year warranty, which also applies to SFP transceivers. The goal is to keep the number of warranty claims below 0.25% of the more than 100,000 units shipped annually. This goal has been met over the long term. If you are going to make a warranty claim, please fill out the following form which will speed up the process considerably. Please attach a copy of the form to the product being claimed. Our goal is to have the claim resolved as quickly as possible.
